We back all our meat products with a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. Fair n Fresh products are of highest quality, dispatched in a vacuum-packed system within a chill container, which requires refrigeration within 8 hours of receiving your product.

In the rare event that any goods arrive in less than a pristine condition in which they were sent, contact us within 48 hours and we will issue a replacement or credit immediately.

Refund/Returns Policy

If your not completely happy with your order please contact us at sales@fairnfresh.co.nz or phone 09-833 9540. You need to notify Fair N Fresh via phone or email within 48 hours of the delivery being made if you wish to receive a refund we cannot refund any consumed or disposed of items. It may take a couple of days to for you to receive the refund into your nominated account. We cannot give you a credit if more than 48 hours have passed since your order arrived.

To receive a full refund please pack the meat securely in the chilltainer your meat was delivered in. All products must be returned in good condition, and in original packaging (if possible).


Our prices are subject to change as required without notice. Prices are GST inclusive and in New Zealand Dollars.

Cancellation Policy:

Meat is perishable so we cannot accept cancellations or make amendments on delivery day.

You can change your order up until 7:30am the day before delivery.
